Lorraine Waters, Chief Data Officer, is a recognised industry leader in data, having been Head of Data at RBS, then HSBC’s Group Head of Data Governance and Deputy Group CDO since 2013 and more recently Chief Data Officer for Global Compliance, Financial Crime and Regulatory Compliance, until her early semi-retirement in late 2020 to focus on charitable work and some data consultancy.
